Supporting Documents

Please provide a Membership Certificate and/or a Confirmation of Aboriginality for the majority of business owners. We cannot process your application unless you provide EITHER a Supply Nation or Chamber membership certificate or Confirmation of Aboriginality.

Membership certificate

A current and valid certificate of membership of any of the business networks listed above. You only need to provide one.
If you are a member of Supply Nation, you can email them at info@supplynation.org.au to request a duplicate certificate.

Confirmation of Aboriginality – Owner 1

If you do not provide a membership certificate above, you will need to provide a Confirmation of Aboriginality from your RAP/Land Council or an ACCO (Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation) for the majority of Aboriginal owners of the business.
